question about squats: l see a lot of "half squats" (not sure about the proper name) where you don't go that deep. l usually go as deep before loosing my hip (just under the knee with the hip) get the whole ROM involved. in sprints u are usually very low with the upper body so that also makes sense to me. could u talk about squat/leg press/... depth and ROM a bit?
