Republican lawmakers in the Pennsylvania legislature officially started the impeachment process of Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krasner, continuing a months-long effort to forcibly eject an elected official from office. NBC10’s Rosemary Connors has the details.

As much as I support Krasner’s impeachment, the guy who said political theater never works is right. They should have impeached him months before November. Why will voters reelect someone who is not taking action while they are an incumbent, yet continue to talk for the purpose of campaigning.

If there are judges who are giving the DA two chances to put up cases - but many times police and civilian witnesses are not showing up or not showing up at the same listing to have all necessary witnesses - then there are more withdrawn and dismissed cases for that reason, and not because of a policy to not prosecute. Should we see what can be done to improve police attendance?
