The Walt Disney Company is shutting down Blue Sky Studios this April 2021. I'm not kidding, joking and lying. Blue Sky Studios is going away.

Over 33 years of brilliant animation, over the top comedy, and a vast amount of inspiration, Blue Sky Studios will be remembered as a gateway to our childhood as an introduction to 3D CG animation by 20th Century Fox with hits like Ice Age, Robots, Epic, The Peanuts Movie, Rio, Ferdinand, Spies in Disguise and so much more. No more Ice Age sequels will be made or released in the future. We will miss it on April 2021, for we will continue to hold on to it as the Golden Age for animated movies.

It's unfortunate that they're closing down, because they were working on a film based on the Nimona books that only had 10 months of production to finish. I didn't read the books, but it sounded interesting.
