Half-Life: Alyx - Civil Protection Transport Ambience (Custom, Captions available)

Here's a custom ambience I put together using sounds from HL2 and HLA. Basic premise is a Metrocop driving Citizens to a dangerous location, for "work detail". Captions are available and yes the video does end somewhat abruptly, I ran out of ideas and motivation at that point.

Could someone take a crack at describing the appeal of this type of content from a psyche perspective? I understand the part where valve is brilliant at building police state dystopias but is there anything else deeper rooted in the appeal that could be examined? *Bleep* *Bloop*
