Thanks for the video !!! I've been thinking about battery backup options myself. It seems that your setup will be great for supplying electricity to your off grid cabin. I assume that you'll be installing appropriately sized circuit breakers on the battery leads and extension cord. One thing you really didn't address was recharging. I'd probably be calculating for the solar panel & charge controller. For times when the solar output isn't adequate for recharging I would also have a 2000 watt gasoline or propane generator with a 48v charger that is sized to minimize the generator recharging time.
I hope that you realize that you might be on a slippery slope there. Before long you may be looking at increasing solar capacity, adding additional batteries, you might even decide that you "need" a 240v / split phase inverter (for a mini-split heat pump?) 😜
