♡These are my 5 tips for a Natural Birth! These are some things that I did, or wish I did, to prepare for the natural birth of our son, Dominic! I am going to have a baby in the next two or three weeks and I want to have a natural birth. This video is very encouraging because everyone I talk to is pushing me to get an epidural. Anytime I mention having a natural birth, people tell me I won't be able to handle it and tell me horror stories about birth. I'm glad I'm not the only person out there who experienced negativity from people about my decision and I'm glad I'm not the only person who wants to have a natural birth!

I HATED the epidural with my first birth. The idea of getting another one makes me ill.. yet people don't understand why I want give birth this time without it! I've heard it all from "what are you trying to prove?" to "I don't think you know what you're getting yourself into.."

I tune it out.. not going to waste my energy making people understand. :)
