I've been wearing a Cavalry 5X for the past year and I love it - I have more of a goth look and the hat isn't too western in style, so it suits my wardrobe quite well.

Quick question if you're able to answer:
I just got a Stetson Pawnee -- and I'm curious - how soft is the hat supposed to be? The one I've got is extremely soft, to the point where I can easily deform the crown, and the brim folds from the weight of the hat when held on its own. I've got two other hats that are extremely stiff, so I'm curious if it's just a Pawnee thing.
