Time Lapse Test - Freezing A Glass of Water

Recently I've been gearing up to start working on a time lapse project in the Iowa City and Kalona area. While collecting the necessary gear, I thought to try it out on a glass of water. Enjoy!

How did the glass not combust from that hot ass instrumental beat?

Interesting. I've known things to crack when water in them turned to ice - flower tubs left outside and the like. But like the glass, they only crack - they never seem to explode or have bits fall off. They stay in one piece till you touch them.

This happened to me yesterday, I accidentally left some soda outside and it was ice after five minutes

Isn't this property of water very strange? Why water and a few substances (antimony, bismuth) but especially water when there are so many substances? I think it can't be a coincidence. Just because of this feature, living things live. And in my opinion, this is proof of order in the universe.
