HOW TO FIX CSGO VOICE CHAT SOUNDING LIKE A DEMON (WINDOWS 10)

If you have a problem in CSGO that when ever you speak in voice chat, your voice sounds like a demon this is the solucion :)

If that does not work, go to Advanced next to "Surround Sound" and set it to Disabled. Has worked well for me.

when i do this it fixes it but when i open the game up again it goes back to the bad mic sound

Also make you have the default format setting at max, for me 48000Hz (DVD quality). I had 8000 Hz before and it sounded like robot.

SOMEONE HELP I would love it if this actually worked and I have the weird demonic voice going on so I followed these steps but I get cut off when I go to the sounds tab. I double click on my headset but when it opens up I dont have the option to go into "advanced". So I tried going into properties but all there is there is "general", "driver", "details" and "events". Nothing about "advanced"
