The health department has unveiled a three-phase vaccine rollout plan, with healthcare workers, the elderly, and people with comorbidities being targeted first. Health minister Zweli Mkhize has said that the government is expediting vaccine procurement due to the surge of Covid-19 cases plunging the country into a second wave.
