I think he has been very restrained, seeing the terrible situation NATO has left Ukraine in. Ukraine surrendered it's nuclear weapons on the understanding it would be protected under the Budapest Memorandum back in 1994, and look what happens-it is shameful and we will more than likely end up in WW3 anyway-except with the huge disadvantage of the enemy/ies knowing now exactly where our weakness lies.
