Thank you for this. Most of my customer do not understand concept of warranty cover .. they even said that the bulb malfunction. This is not my fault, i explained bulb is wear and tear not covered under warranty. As well problem with fuses. Oh my.. i guess next time i just let customer watch this video or i make a power point to explain to them ! 😤

Wow. I find it so interesting that this day in age we still have to work this hard to have customer protect themselves. You would think that with technology being so far advanced that warranty would be a no brainer.

Toyota now covers for 5 years Unlimited distance in Australia. Doubtful they bring that to the US, extended warranties are very profitable.

I own a 2017 Ford vehicle, 18 months and with only 18K miles driven, notice that my tyres were chipping off in small chunks through the edges(dry rotted?). I contacted the dealer where I purchase the vehicle and they said it has nothing to do with them and that I should contact the tyre manufacturer Goodyear. So i guess my question here is, who's really is responsible here?

extended warranty is not worth it. especially on a yota

so if i drive 50k+ miles a year i shouldn't even bother with extended :(
