Firstly,  thanks for this series, I really appreciate it.  Just a note. Unmanoeuvrable troops must spend 2 CP if they move less than half their movement distance.  So since the Warband unit's movement is 3 UD it could have still moved with the Romans at 2 UD without spending the 2nd CP since this is more than half their movement.  You could have used a free slide to move away from the terrain piece as well.

I think you should indicate "Disorganised unit" with a different token than "Cohesion damage". I don't have the rulebook right here but I'm sure there were ways to get disorganised without suffering damage (maybe interpenetrations and things like that).
