Kata Heian Yondan 🥋❤️

Are you serious... that was the laziest kata for his level. I did Shotokan for many years and the movements are explosive like your in battle with an opponent.
As an instructor I would have not have him at that level. No way. I did many tournaments and won 1st or 2nd place. People would say it looked as if I was fighting someone. That's because when you when practice you are practicing to fight someone or defend yourself. You don't just go thru the motions cuz u remember the kata. I'm disappointed.
Plus this Heian is one my fav's, its tough watching it done like this.

This is not JKA Shotokan Heian Yondan, you are not supposed to flow you have no kime therefor it is not Karate-Do
