It’s taken me around 10 years to figure out what you have said in this video. It’s amazing how much exercise is pushed in society nowadays, exercise go to the gym, exercise is good for you, exercise exercise exercise! Lol. I stopped doing weight training about 3 months ago now and my physical, mental and digestive health have been the best I’ve ever been in years. I worked out that I already have an active job ie lots of walking, going up and down stairs with heavy boxes and that’s enough for me.

Hey Doc, love your stuff, super relevant content. Having walked this walk for years of debilitating fatigue I can say that exercise CAN be a culprit especially when we are talking tons of volume like Crossfit. Combine that with the low carb/paleo diets pushed by that community and you have recipes for disaster. Too many people are doing glycolytic work without glycogen (carbs) and pissing of their CNS and thus their HPA Axis. Been there, done that, got the T-Shirt! I would love your 2¢ on that? Before my "fall" I was a machine but years of doing that combined with a stressful occupation did me in. I have learned to walk, recover, breath, yoga (which can be hard too) but in reality it's not exercise its the kind of exercise you need during healing and squatting a truck or running doesn't cut it. People need to ditch the low carb crap, understand their body's energy systems and recover appropriately.
