My cleaner is priceless. Been working for me for 9 years and even babysits sometimes.
My point with that is if you become a trusted cleaner for someone, side jobs like that can open up. Maybe also pet sitter or house sitter/plant waterer when your client is on vacation. Or when they are on vacation...good time to offer an additional date to shampoo the carpet if they have it.
