When you do premium checkin you don’t actually need to go up the escalator you can take the elevator that will take you to the priority security screening rather than going through the main screening with everyone else

Wow this is super unusual and disappointing. I flew Air NZ many times and every time the crew had a smile on their faces and they were really kind.

cabin is like a air canada business cabin from 10 years ago. horrible seats. SIA A350 is the way to go.

She seems ok at 48:22. Inflexibility might reflect the behaviour of a new staff who might also be suffering from jet lag or menstrual pains.

You seem like a difficult psgr to me. Seems to me the crew was lovely. It's hard to get Beef perfect inflight. 38K is not a Restaurant.

Such a shame Air NZ went with this herringbone configuration, it's actually awful particularly if you are traveling as a couple. Silly thing is being with star alliance you can fly with a partner ie Singapore Airline's and get a much better business class product. At least on certain routes

row number 6 on B-787 or row 9 on B-787 V2, it depends of the type of the aircraft. I think you'll a have a nice flight next time you'll travel with Air New Zealand.

A very honest review of Air NZ business class.
If I had experienced attitude from a cabin crew member I would have had a quiet word in the ear of the cabin services manager.
There is no excuse for bad service especally from shitty crew
The food was not appealing at all infact there is nothing I would have enjoyed.
Those dam seats knowen as "the coffin" are long overdue to be retired.
I purposely never fly Air NZ internationally because of the poor seat especially if your disabled.
Once again a great review
