I’m a cisgender female and I wear sports bras a lot just to look more masculine. But sometimes I feel a little dysphoria about my chest. I’m not nonbinary or trans but sometimes I wonder what it would be like as the opposite sex.. is that normal?

never bind for more than 8 hours, sleep in a binder or do physical activity. there are binder giveaways you can look into if you cant afford a binder

Make sure not to do strenuous exercises in a binder, as they don’t allow your lungs to expand to maximum capacity. Normally that isn’t a problem because you don’t need to use the full capacity of your lungs, but for hard exercise it can become a problem.
Also, buying one that’s too small to in an attempt to get a flatter look than the correct size would achieve is a bad idea.

I don't find bras comfortable because of the elastic they have but chest binder is comfortable for me that's why I wear it but I'm worried about the side effects.
