Who else looks up to this guy because of his, honestly, amazing guitar playing skills? As a huge fan of boyce avenue, and an aspiring guitarist. I honestly request a video of you guys talking about your approach of how to come up of such ideas to cover these songs. And what inspires your guitar techniques. If that's not too much to ask really.

I was literally in shock as to how good this was.. until the chorus.. the chords didn't 100% fit, though they were very close.  Maybe if he broke them into partial chords or maybe didn't strum the top string or 2.. i dunno.

Anyhow, still REALLY good and I love Boyce Avenue!

For those that don't know... he plays this in and Open Tuning. Specifically Open D, but down a half step. In standard tuning, most of the chords would be played on the low E, and G strings. Everything else is open. Hope this helps for anyone trying to learn this song!!!
