A few days back I bricked my Poco F1 after flashing a rom, had no access to either fastboot mode or to recovery mode. Poco F1 was only booting into EDL mode. I finally did manage to unbrick and revive the device, after paying for EDL mode service. However, on my video about Poco F1 Brick and Restore, a lot of people commented about ways to bypass EDL authorized account using a firehose or by using Qualcomm qfil. In this video we will tell you why you cannot bypass EDL authorized account for free on the Poco F1.

bro my poco f1 is booting in fastboot and in recovery mode too, i also tried flashing fastboot mode, and i also visited to the service center, but i is still not booting, can you help please, thankyou

Hi. Note the date. Today is 6th July 2020. 9:15 when I solved my problem.
I solved this problem. This is only why I comment. Just hope it helps.
How?
Maybe it was sheer luck. because I am also not a technician by trade but someone who finds ways to do things.
What I did?
1. Obviously, I tried "Mi Flash 2020 (No need auth)" and many others.
I can't even solve the problem of Mi Flash 2020 (No need auth) where it says Could not find so cannot use Mi Flash 2020 (No need auth)
2. After all possible ways, I tried QFIL.
3. I select the Flat build, load XML rawprogram4.xml and patch4.xml
4. Click download and then when it opens a Command window where it reach upto 31.
5. I closed the command window (THIS IS IMPORTANT). A bit risky. But what have you got to lose?
6. I disconnect the phone. (Very risky)
7. I reconnect the battery and turned on the power button.
8. It says something like, image load did not complete, have to delete, etc, etc. Very long message with very small fonts.
9. And in the middle of the screen, there is a prompt "Delete all files" not like anything I've seen before.
10. I clicked that and the phone began to delete and restarts even before completing.
11. I waited 3 minutes and then unplug the battery and reconnect the phone on EDL mode. (Do not close QFIL)
12. I connect the phone on EDL mode again and load XML file rawprogram0.xml and patch4.xml
13. This time, I waited the command window to close itself.
14. It only takes 1 minute or less and the command window closes itself.
Voila, my phone is back!
Disclaimer:
I'm not sure this will work so I didn't even record my actions. And of course you can never blame me for bricking your phone.
I also am not sure it will be the same if I repeat the procedure, even if I remember it correctly. (But I just comment on this just as soon as I finished with my phone).

I did successfully flash a developer rom in recovery mode with mi flash pro, from the rom proposed to download via that Application, i did not unlock anything, but the flash was made in recovery mode, if it would be able to modify the ROM so to unlock (firehose file for recovery ROM?). maybe it could work?

I was facing a same situation...I went to MI center and they did EDL flash...It cost only 200 INR for me .. I got my device alive again..❤️

I got this error when i try to flash the rom. I think it means problem because of locked bootloader,

I've been having the same problem with my poco, however, when I flash it with MiFlash, I get the error message "Couldn't flash, you need to disable find my device" in red instead of "your account is unauthorized", what does this mean?

Buddy, my poco f1 lock screen says unlock for all features on lockscreen, and i can't pull down quick settings, there is no admin in settings menu, and full screen gestures are also gone .. how to fix it bro, i researched about this everywhere can't find a solution.. requesting your help
