thank you so much for this video, i was so tired of regularly having to empty my kids' storage bc they would download random things onto it because it would show up as if they had it. I see now that the "free year of kids+" is just free advertising for them, idk how someone could actually pay money for that

Thank you for this information, my daughter keeps redownloading the apps because she finds that particular app on recently used ..so please is there a way i can clear all recently watched or used apps on the fire tab.Thanks

Thank you now how do you remove something (that's already been removed) from showing up in the "recent" list? This previously downloaded and removed app still shows in the recent list and only has to be clicked on to redownload -_-

Is there a way to pay for “free” games that have ads? My kids keep requesting to download games and the games are fine for them to play, but there are inappropriate ads showing up during play. The kids filter blocks them from clicking the ad, but they are still seeing the ad play.

I have suchhh a big question i remember playing a game when i was younger and it shows it at 0:29 its a pink oval creature with a face and legs with a pink striped backround for the icon does anyone know the name of that game!?!

Love this! One tiny problem, our subscription to Amazon kids ended and yet ALL the content is still showing up. How do I get rid of it?

I cannot figure out how to create the clean profile you did as a recommended procedure. Mine keep using my kid's subscription despite canceling. Would not let me turn off on existing profile. Please show how you set up the second child without the populated screen and only have apps, and books I add.

Thanks for the video. I will try out the airplane feature, but I am pretty sure I am sending back the fire tablet. Shame on Amazon for design an OS so unsuitable for children.

Is this just blocking them or *uninstalling* them? Because if I go into manage storage and delete/clear storage, it only works on half of the apps I select. One in particular is 50+ variations of something called MyTown/MyCity. It’s like a damn virus, and if I try to delete them, nothing happens.

Is there a way to only show downloaded apps and still be online? Like if they can access Netflix too? I don’t want them to see all the “what if” apps.
