Thank you Chef. This was like a very cool road trip where you have no idea where you will end up. Loved that you inserted garlic into the tomato halves to roast (stealing that idea) and the triangular pork stromboli looked amazing. I’ve never seen zira in our supermarkets, this recipe is definitely being made in a Baltic country although zira’s native land is the Middle East and Egypt. It seems to be similar to cumin, according to the info I got when I googled it.
