Absolutely magnificent and truly a desert island song! Breathtaking

Some accuse Joe of being a "tech shredder". None of those people have done a damn thing to preserve the soul and history of American Blues.
JOE HAS, IS, DOES, AND WILL DO!

I've had the pleasure of seeing this fine gentleman three times. What blew my mind almost as much as his stellar playing does was that after having met me for autographs at one show, he remembered me at the next show I saw him at three years later. A class act and he has more talent in his pinky than most artists performing nowadays do.

This song .... is another great song written by Bonamassa. Beyound the Silence ....in my Mind.... I rise.... when the storm is raging!!!

The way my brain works (after a few surgeries and a lifetime of hydrocephalus), I won't pick up the lyrics until I've heard it 20 or 30 times. When a song "strikes a chord" in me, I can just put it on repeat, and listen to it for hours, over and over. There's only been about 20 songs in my life that grab me like this the first time I hear it.

I can't explain why or how some sounds just reach into me; it's visceral.

it's connectivity of emotions, the dichotomy of the heavy base rhythm, with the ethereal lead guitar drawing electric circles all over the sky

My favorite song from the Royal tea albums. Saw him at the Ryman 10/8 and will be in Birmingham to watch him March 1.
This has to be one of the best shows going. All my favorite bands are dead, retired, inactive. Bands that are touring still are just a shell of what their lineup was. See Kansas. This is an opportunity see see a cutting edge musician with an unbelievable band.

Beautiful and elegant song. But above all, full of spirituality and mysticism. Joe is a real genius

JOE is so subtle and letting someone else play lead guitar was awesome although very similar style, overall great sound as always.

If this song isn’t spiritual then what is? Remember the old saw about getting better with age? I’ve been listening to Joe B. for almost 16 years and he never ceases to amaze! Such a prolific writer and performer!

Wow! I adore that song. I've been on a Joe B kick for months now lol. Just ordered the CD, a guitar strap, some cables. Joe, I doubt you actually read these but I've been playing a long time. When I listen to you I want to play more and at 50 years old continue to improve by watching and listening to you. I'm late to the game meaning I've only been onboard for a couple of years, but it's better late than never. Thank you for these great song, great playing and the top shelf band you always have. I can't stress enough how great I feel about your music. Rock On!

One night a few months back PBS played a Joe Bonamassa concert, and this song was on it. My gf and I had some "edibles", and were in am altered state.

I felt like Joe was leading all of humanity in a battle against, death, aging, suffering. None of us thought we would make it, we were for sure Joe would be defeated, but no, he wouldn't. We wouldn't.

Later on I had to find this song and it's lyrics. Didn't seem too far off.

He is amazing, and I thank him for sharing this incredible performance of him, the band, the crew, and the crowd. Absolutely breathtaking.
