Some more nuance to this:
Spawn manipulation/management
Knowing where people are gonna spawn, where the most people are, and WHO is the easiest to deal with with your loadout is incredibly important. It basically gives you knowledge of the whole fight before it even happens.
Crosshair placement/Cover
Knowing where to hide or be to make yourself harder to kill for the enemy while making it easier for you is easier said than done. Abilities can be a good way to make someone move where you want them too. As well as pop shots or crouching closely to throw off radar.
In other words. Make the enemy predictable while keeping yourself less so.

Having a team with dedication improves you're success with gaining confidence.

Having a team with no dedication, devours your time and energy to feel bad for an idiot that only cares about themselves. And, i ran into a lot of games like that. And its really gotten towards a point that i gotten way to toxic because i allowed someone to use my love against me.

This was about to be a really good tip, and definitely something my teammates could use (instead of just staying in one place the entire match...) until that last kill dropped any credibility bc of the bag 😭Like sure you have to assert your dominance over them somehow (if and *ONLY* if they're harassing you already) but only do that through emotes or other motions, not bagging. Bagging is immature and childish and stooping to their level.
