These recipes are both simple, and easy to take on the go for a one a day lunch or meal prep for the week.
Taco Bell Power Bowl
Protein of choice, seasoned with 1 tbsp chili powder, 1 tsp cumin
Quick Guac- Makes a-lot, only use 2 tbsp per bowl
1 avocado
1 tbsp finely chopped red onion
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Toppings
1/2 cup brown rice
1/4 cup of black beans
2 tbsp pico de gallo
1 cup romain lettuce
2 tbsp cheddar cheese if desired
2 tbsp of greek yogurt or sour cream if desired
To keep this one low cal I skipped the greek yogurt and sour-cream, and I omitted cheese.
STARBUCKS EGG AND CHEESE PROTEIN BISTRO BOX
1 Egg hardboiled
cheddar cheese wheel or mozzarella cheese stick
2 tbsp PB2 Powder
1 bunch of grapes
1/2 Arnold Sandwich Thin Multi Grain Roll
***You could also add 1/2 and apple if you would like****
