I love all if your videos. Your face lights up when you're holding your plants and that always makes me smile.

i never understood why people who are into "foliage" aren't into succulents. succulent leaves have colors that can't be found anywhere else in nature -- like pastel pinks, purples, pearl, etc. also, so many of them look like friggin flowers?? unsure how that's not a selling point for succs

anyway, great video! super jealous of your tomentosa ♡ it's so compact and lovely

If you spray the silver dollar plant with orchid food spray once a week it will grow faster! These kinds of plants - also dischidias and hoyas - like the nitrogen on their leaves. I got this info from another Hoya rope grower on YT when mine wasn’t growing at all for months and I tried it with the others mentioned and worked like a charm! 😀👍

The sticks plant would look cool in one of those head planters. Long green hair! 😊

I just got the Selenicereus Chrysocardium too. Just a little thing; it's not the Fishbone cactus; it's known as the Fern leaf cactus. The Fishbone cactus is Selenicereus Anthonyanus. And apparently the Ric-Rac cactus is another one again. Quite the confusing array! I love the chryso though, such delicate leaves compared to the other two; thinner and more wide.

A little info about your "Fairy Castle". It's not an Acanthocereus at all but a Cereus. It was once described as Cereus tetragonus and people just assumed C. tetragonus and A. tetragonus was the same species.

I know people like me who correct names can be boring but I thinknit's very important for this name for two reasons:
-Both genera and species live in a very different setup, your's is a desert cactus and Acanthocereus is a humid coastal environment and they need very different care. It cannmislead people and since cacti are pretty expensives it always hurt to kill them.
-The "Real" Acanthocereus tetragonus is a very interesting easy and fast growing plant, closely related to Hylocereus and also cultivated for it's "pitaya" fruits. But it's completly "hidden" on search engines and discussion group by the "fairy castle"

Hi Nick! I really like all of the succulents and cacti that you chose as your favorites! I don't have any of them, but several are now on my wish list, especially the Rhipsalis baccifera var. and the Ceropegia linearis subsp. woodii "Variegata". Also, I have seen the Fairy Cactus and think they are so cute, so thank you for mentioning that they are "less harmful" than other spiny cacti. I may have to get one of them now. Thank you, again, for another fun and informative video! As always, I love it when I see a new video of yours! BTW, I agree, if it's not broke, don't fix it! You're obviously doing something right! Sorry, but I forgot to say that I think the Rhipsalis would look really unique mounted. Can't wait to see what you decide to do with it. Please share!

So happy to see this video, its hard to find plant channels that talk about succulents. They deserve love too! Also you have a lovely collection! My favorite succulent is Stringy stonecrop (Sedum sarmentosum) I actually found some in my yard and brought some settings indoors to propagate, it has shown me so much love and grown like crazy!
