Ferrari SF90 v Porsche 911 Turbo S: DRAG RACE

Get ready for one of our most impressive drag races of all time: Ferrari SF90 v Porsche 911 Turbo S!

That’s right, it’s finally happening! The Porsche 911 Turbo S has left SO many cars in its wake in previous drag races, but it may have just met its match!

So let’s see how these two European powerhouses compare. First up we have the Ferrari, with a 4-litre twin-turbo V8 coupled with THREE electric motors, which combine to produce 1000hp and 800Nm! It’s pretty light, too, at 1,570kg. But it’s also pretty expensive, starting at £376,000!!

Alongside it, we have the Porsche. It’s packing a 3.7-litre twin-turbo flat-six that can produce 650hp and 800Nm. It’s a bit heavier than the Ferrari, at 1,640kg, and it also costs a fair bit less, at £168,000.

The fact that it took a 4.0 litre hybrid motor with 1000hp to beat a 3.8 litre flat six with 650 hp and 800 NM is just insane!! The respect for the 911 just keeps increaaing. What a fantastic car! Also, no hate to the Ferrari. Brilliant Drag Race!

That SF90 is an absolute machine, 1000 HP and that performance without a Rev Limiter and still a great drive for $450, 000. Its great, great value - the Scuderia did a great job.

You can see both launch simultaneously for the first few seconds which is just insane..it means they are both at the very edge of tyre grip and there is not much difference there...and the ferrari power comes in and takes the lead. Amazing stuff - some of the best launch control systems right here :D !

That Ferrari is insane. I have not seen many cars beat the Turbo S in such version. Incredible engineering masterpiece 🙌
