Seller: I need $10, 000.
Rick: Let's ask the appraiser.
Appraiser: It's worth like $500.
Rick: What do you want now?
Seller: $10, 000.

A seller making profit isn’t “screwing over” the Pawn Stars. It just means they both walked out happy.

Cyclops photo isn't being screwed over. They still probably made a profit. Good for the seller, good for them.

My favorite part is the redundant commentary. Pawn Star "I was young and bought 6 fake rolexes". Watch Mojo "When he was young he bought not 1 not 2, but 6 fake rolexes" Thanks, got it.

I miss the old man. He might've kicked everyone asses into working, but he made the show funny.

Having seen Rick and the others screw over owners on the show, them being screwed over is probably a little bit of karma in return anyway.

Fake Rolex is such a classic sitcom scam (like, guy in a trenchcoat with a bunch of watches hanging inside) - but I guess it does happen IRL too

how the hell is some of these items are screwed over? Just because some people got lucky and found a gem for cheap then resold them at proper price doesnt mean Pawn Stars were screwed over. The only real screwed over are the fakes, the DOA items.

RIck should have known better with the Shoeless Joe signature. He looked like a fool later and had some explaining to do. Been in the game to long take a chance like that. The Old Man was cool. Love the show. Was fun to watch. Great video

" I lost nearly 25-30 thousand dollars but it was a lesson learned"
Narrator: He lost close to 30 thousand dollars in the whole ordeal.
How stupid do you take your viewers?

Your definition of "screwed over" is a stretch on this one. Those buyers that originally bought the items for cheap are not screwing over Pawn Stars if they don't misrepresent anything and the item is genuine. Would you say the same if someone inherited an item and sold it, that the buyer got screwed over? Probably not. On the other hand, the fake items are spot on...
