If you are out of season for pool noodles you can buy pipe insulation. ❤️

I live in central valley of California, We have a swimming pool and the sun desecrates our pool noodles so they must be replaced every year. They even crumble in our hands when we go to throw them away. I am wondering if the black foam pipe insulation would better endure the heat from the hot California sun better since pool noodles simply rot. Suzy how long has your pool noodle spiral tree held up thus far? Unfortunately I have no way of providing shade for them.
