The goblin event was so random - I regularly found goblins when pounding around the jungles of Nahantu but I know people who persistently saw very few goblins and were not happy with the goblin spawn rate, even after it was buffed.
Still hardly any ancestrals dropping of course, which made me not so happy. However, the thing that actually made it valuable was the huge increase in boss summoning material I was farming.
The Resplendent Spark was nice but the Undercity offerings with the better chance of a Mythic are amazing. Probably worth 1 mythic per party member over five runs at T4.
So the headline items (goblins, spark) were less impactful than the secondary items (summoning mats, offerings). The PR was less good than the event.
I went in with pretty low expectations but it was much better than I expected.

I've gotten pretty lucky with cosmetic drops from Goblins. Arreat's Shield and the decaying horse were ones that stuck out but ive had a couple during this event.

I knew the community would kill 40M goblins and earn the Tier 5 rewards before January 2nd. After that, besides Season 7, is there another event or buff planned before January 21st?

Been playing D4 since the launch non stop. I only play eternal on 1 character(Sorc). Been gathering from S6 all the Mythics/Ancestreals I need for S7. Still enjoying the goblin event though the spawn rate Ive noticed has been nerfed(Seeing much less in NMD’s). I’ll do more Helltides since I haven’t seen 1 in the undercity after so many runs. But the Tributes for the Undercity are great. Just discovered you today and your presentations are fantastic. Definitely Subbed 👍👍

You went and purchased the items, but did not explain why you purchased them. Yes, they are not for your class, but if you don’t plan on playing those classes, what is so special about those items? I can buy a lot of crap in the game that isn’t for my class, but most of the time the stuff out buy is so underpowered for the cost! So, again…why?
