The state has already led evidence through Gininda in the trial within trial that their take is that Kelly was the mastermind. In my view their assession is still too circumstantial and hence too risky to bring her before court when there is nothing physical that connects her to the murder. They need to get something at least in the form of something like a text or audio from her to the purported killers or some bank transaction. Without this, it is going to be difficult to convict her. For now the state seems to pursue a strategy whereby they are hoping for a conviction in this current trial and maybe one of the guys crack and give them something tangible. So there is a reason the state is not calling Kelly and to some extend Longwe. We heard for the first time that the same photo of a transparent plastic bag full of cash was not only downloaded from Kelly and Mcube but also that if Longwe. If you couple this together with Longwe's unusual car movements after the shooting, his several starting and turning off the car before the incident shows someone who was just too anxious. So don't be suprised when he id also arrested....watch this space😅
