DIVERSITY TALK: Women in Cycling (EUROBIKE 2024)

In the DIVERSITY TALKS, we address the central question in 3 short talks: "Cycling for everyone - but how?"

The panel discussion of and with "Women in Cycling," the focus is on the structural changes needed in the cycling sector. Topics like equal pay, flexible work models, and fair promotion opportunities will be explored. Experts will discuss how networking can strengthen personal relationships and also make the industry's structure more equitable and fair. Key milestones achieved over the past year and current goals being actively pursued will be highlighted.
