An electronic shelf label (ESL) system is used by many retailers for displaying the pricing of products on shelves. The pricing is automatically updated whenever a price is changed from a central control server. These electronic display modules are attached to the front edge of retail shelves. Opticon offers many sorts of ESL and with Opticon ESL you can display your product on a whole new level. Next to normal E-paper modules, Opticon has also powered E-papers modules (without a battery) with features such as NFC and LED. With the NFC feature, it is possible to create a new payment method and with an LED feature you can attract people’s attention.
