Thank you, Prof D! I've learned in this video that and ellipse has two types, the vertical ellipse and the horizontal ellipse. An ellipse has two axis, the major axis and the minor axis, in which the major axis is longer than the minor axis, if the two are the same in length, it is not an ellipse anymore, it is considered as circle. The center in the ellipse can be found in the middle of the foci. At the end of the major axis, there's the vertex, while at the end of the minor axis, there's the co-vertex. I've also learned the table of formulas that we will use to find the coordinates of the parts of the ellipse. The lesson was easy to understand because of the given examples that was solved. Although the solution was a long one, it was explained step by step, which makes it easy to graph and sketch the ellipse.
