Wow, thank you for sharing the video!
Now I know it’s not good idea to believe all the bad reviews on the products because some customers are freaking dummy not even realizing that’s their error to use the product properly.
I haven’t bought this product yet but other comments towards the video made me sure that this is good product for sure !!

I've been using my Blendjet 2 for a minute but what I learned is you cannot compact it like that unless you want some real issues.

A few things;
You aren't supposed to fill it more than 80% full and nothing should be compressed. If your ingredients don't fit, the recipe needs adjusted or halved.

Of course it's crap to a person who doesn't know how to use a blender and blaming the instructions. The vast majority of us are enjoying our smoothies with this same blender. You sound like you're working for a rival blender company😂

I just made something similar yesterday. The instructions give you the proper way to add ingredients. And it said dont overfill. This works for me.
