The color palette for the new season is the same colors used for the older battlefield games like battlefield 4 and 3. Probably because they said the new map is from that era.

Normally after dawn comes day, but with 2042 comes eternal night with them killing the game after this.

I like the BF4 color theme for the season. Really excited for this, the map looks a lot like Zavod 311

Is it just me or does it seem like this season is going to have the most major changes? Which kinda makes me think they are wrapping things up unfortunately.

I think the problem is that after the release of the battle royales they subconsciously forced us to think we can spend up to 1/2 years playing the same maps. I blame activision for this trend.

Hey, what if the new map was located near at Zavod, and suddenly the small part of the trailer shows teaser remake of Zavod for Portal.

Well, just a hopeful wish if some miracle happen.

From that angle of the map, it kinda of reminds me of Nelson Bay from BFBC2 on rush, hopefully I'm not the only one that see this and there's other Ogs that see that, I know they said it's inspired from the art style from Bf4

Really hope we see a few fan favorites come back to portal; Op Metro, Oasis, wake Island, etc. I would really like to see the AN94, M249, UMP45, Barret M95, Spas12, M1 garand, and Thompson added into AOW. Other than those it would be great to get a new drone call in along with deployable Quads and squad leader call ins like a map scan or cruise missle or just a care package w/ health and ammo like in BFV. Too bad we wont get a commander mode that would make sense for this game.

New dawn sounds like "mission accomplished" for 2042... the beginning of the end... unfortunately
