This helped me so much in school. I am now working in tech support, not a dreamjob, but better then nothing. It is hard work, I sadly do not have much free time. But I love listening to this then going to sleep and on weekend. It helps to just find inner Peace. I can only reccomend this. Defeats anxiety stress and over thinking.
