Screen printing machine 1

Input: green crank shaft to which a cam is fixed.
A slider crank mechanism (yellow slider, pink connecting rod and green crank) makes the ink blade reciprocate.
The cam lifts the white frame at the end of the working cycle to create space for unloading and loading the substrate.
Use the two blue screws to adjust the position of the pink blade in forward and backward strokes.

Shouldn't the ink blade tilt in opposite directions? Left when going right and right when going left? I guess you could do that by moving the orange rod connection above the blade's pivot point, right?

using own weight to press in screen printing seems not a good idea

Shouldn’t work it in the other way round? Because of the gravity the colour flows back to the blade when it’s lifted and pushing the colour when the arm is on the object to be printed.
