You should consider to get the two upper ball bearing lines of the x-carriage the same as on the z-axis. One facing up/down/right/left and the 2nd in an 45° angel and the lower ball bearing up/down/right/left. You can mark the ball lines on the outside to make it easier.

What size socket are you using to tighten the u-bolt nuts? I just purchased an Allen wrench screwdriver set, but need to buy a socket set as well. Thanks again for the video. It was done very well.

Did you check your rod quality? Nice test on C.R.T video min 24 to 30
