Hi there, I am getting more and more requests to convert Loop to the newest MK4 version. If you also want this to happen, you can now support me in doing so via a GoFundMe campaign where you can donate some money so that I can cover the costs of the printer.
If the campaign succeeds, I will start to develop Loop for the MK4 version, share the progress here on Discord and publish everything afterward on GitHub.
If you know someone who also wants this to happen, please feel free to share this campaign.
Cheers!

Pretty slick. I always hated the versions of this I saw where the extruder carriage got used as a ram to remove parts. This is much better.

now you can 3d print dice and have it roll brand new ones on every turn.

Now that's a well engineered bed sweeper. The one thing Quinley failed to get right. Well done!

I fear what a large, well stuck print would do to the arm/bed belt.
but at the same time, awesome work. keep it up.

That's really great. I have been considering other systems to add to a couple of my machines but this now has my interest too. It's great to have another option to consider. This example shows the removal of several small items from the bed, which works for some of my use cases. But how does it do with larger objects with more surface contact (e.g., a 150x200mm object), which often seem to require more shear force to break loose from the bed.

I agree with the other comments, ingenious solution and much better than using the hotend to break the parts free

Wow. That’s the smartest solution I have seen for a bed slinger. Excellent job.

I really like your design. The easiest solution often works most reliable..

One idea from my side: Can you use a vacuum as bed adhesion? Then just disable it and use gravity to release it. But no idea if it is possible/useful.

3D companies spending millions of dollars on conveyor belt beds, kuka robots to pick parts and all infinite technology there is... Guy tilts the 3d printer and makes a fence... YOU WIN!!! So nice!!!

First I thought the white part would move back and lift the built plate on the corners and warps it so that the part would come loose

You could print dices and made "random" number generator.
