Hola tengo una duda espero puedan ayudarme, mi pc es un ensamble y tiene una tarjeta madre z390i aorus pro wifi esta viene con dos conectores en el panel trasero ambos son usb 3.1 uno es tipo A el rojito y el otro es un tipo c, el tema es que tengo un programa instalado llamado software thunderbolt de intel esto quiere decir que ambos puertos pueden usarse como thunderbolt3 o solo el tipo c o solo son 3.1 o con ese software pasan de ser 3.1 a thunderbolt ?

Hey Thunderbolt, I’ve been having issues with my thunderbolt software. I have updated my BIOS and software to the latest version, but to no avail. The computer is an ASUS Q535UD. When I plug it in to charge, it shows no charging present and that there are no devices to manage or add.

What do I need to do to have thunderbolt charge my computer. Thanks in advance.
