Love both games, I've now played Duel several times and am sure it'd going to get many more plays. Easy to teach, easy to play and a new 2 player favourite on our shelf :)

Excited to hear this one is good. Nick and I picked this up because we didn't dig the meanness of the original but this one seemed easier to wrap our heads around. Having it be heads up. Really excited to play it now and it's stupid cheap so that's great!

Good stuff. Anything designed by Phil Walker Harding is great. I love Imhotep senior and this looks like a lovely little 2p affair.

I like the idea and the way this works, but i don’t see a reason to add this to my collection. We enjoy Imhotep as a 2 player game already.

I find it strange that so many people like this better, that it's more stream-lined... because the original almost won the spiel... so it's like, was that game really good or not? oh well, usual non-sensical nature of gaming awards

why do people find this game so interesting? I fail to see the game in this? Both Imhotep games look boring as hell.

YAWN. Reminds me of how many superior 2-player games there have been in this series (Bable, Times Square, Tally Ho, LotR Confrontation, Cesar & Cleopatra, Hera & Zeus.... I could go on and on. - Expansions for this? Talk about flogging a dead horse.
