I don’t know how true this is or if it’s even relevant to you. But I drank chai several times when I was nearing delivery and when I was at the hospital I was bleeding more even though I wasn’t anemic. She asked about spices and I told her about the chai and she said that can do it. So just putting that out there in case because I had no idea.
