It really was genuinely sweet that Ben thanks her aunt, who cooked delicious meals for the couple, in Korean. Even if he isn't fluent it was touching to see him thank her in her language.

I love how there's a culture of caring for the new mom's health postpartum. There's not enough emphasis on caring for mom in American culture.

Instant tears when you just stood there and broke down after seeing the surprise tea party Ben did for your birthday 🥺😭

Such a beautiful wholesome relationship & now family you’ve built and what an honor to be able to watch this journey of yours unfold. The love radiates through the screen & you deserve every ounce of it.

Ben is literally the sweetest person ever. The way he ran when you told him to get you the hemorrhoid pillow, the surprise he made and how he hugged you when you started crying, so wholesome🥺🥺🥺 plus it's so beautiful that he speaks a bit of Korean and thanks your auntie in Korean. It's so sweet when sb learns your language, it's a very important sign of love🥺❤❤

The mother's body and health is so important after labor. In my Hmong culture, we have a 30 day- strict boiled chicken and herbs dish to eat. It helps cleanse our body. We focus on just the baby and ourselves. The mother doesn't do any hard labor such as cooking, cleaning as she needs to focus on her health and mental cause it's so important.
Congratulations Jenn!

Jenn's "You MADE THIS?!?" was so cute 😂
I never knew this is this post baby care called Agamom. I read a bit about it now and it's such a good idea to have someone to make all of your meals for you in the first month. Everything that she made looked so amazing and healthy.

I LOVE how you express your gratitude and continuously compliment the 이모님 about her cooking. It's so beautiful to see you praising her and thanking her for the hard work. I was gently reminded today by you that I need to express more gratitude and praise others more. Thank you for this heartwarming video and congratulations again, Jenn!

Ben surprising you with an afternoon tea party was very sweet BUT his reaction to you asking for your pillow was what almost brought me to tears! He was so ready to take care of you there that i found it adorable

I love seeing this type of care being presented I think often in America it’s like “okay well mom is home alone with baby now we go back to work” but taking time to care and nurture a new mom especially when needed is so vital. I have seen many maybe not visit the baby but drop off homade food and small baby gifts and stuff to new moms along with things like “if you need help when you are ready let us know !” And it’s heartwarming

I absolutely adore the korean meal "structure" with all the various side dishes (반찬), it makes more sense to me eventhough its not the way is done in my culture. Also, it was lovely to hear you speaking korean.
