Also try to get two rotations out of the ratchet before it starts to tighten. Biting on its self over a larger area the best way to keep from loosening down the road

every day you learn something new... I have used ratchets my entire life, mostly to secure cases of beer tho in a delivery truck, so that is fast pace. But for longer hauls, this seems like very viable method. Thank you :)

Super pro tip. To the same roll with a little bit longer loop so it’s thinner.

Keep the handle open and shove the roll under the bottom of the handle halfway and then close the handle down. The loop stays under the handle.

When you open the handle pull out the loop and there is nothing else to do.
