Caught myself doing this during seated military with dumbbells, it wasn't extreme, but enough to induce spasms in mid back, I thought, wait, tuck that core in, like Vera said, and boom, much relief and relaxed a little more. Been lifting for 30 years, anybody can get sloppy during workout, Thanks Warrior Princess!
