Hi Chandeep, you showed a very professional solution, but if you want to achieve the same result a bit les sophisticated, you can just add a date to a slicer and select the "between" option. That has the same effect does not it?

Hey it was really helpfull i am working on the same thing but little different, and when we work in MNC we usally work on direct queries so there we dont get that option to load a disconnected table so just wanted to know can how we can do it without connecting a separate disconnected table

In my report there are many other visuals also and which gets filter by only Main calendar table. If I want to perform this task on the same page of the report then disconnect calendar table will not filter other visuals. How can I do that brother?

Hi, this approach is not helpful in real dashboard where there are so many other charts/graphs/information. With disconnected slicer, rest of the dashboard will not change values, only this table or matrix will be effected. Do you have any other approach or what changes we can make in this approach so that same slicer can effect entire dashboard. Thanks.

Hello Chandeep, I have a date table with scheduled weekly run dates till the end of the year. I would like to select only one date and run my report for only that particular date. How can select only that date and leave the rest alone.
