Not much here for a healthy independent 79 year old who quite frankly is not dead yet. Life does not end at 65 but age discrimination even on the internet is timeless.

When I first heard you maybe 2 years ago, I had a full-time crappy job I hated. You were one of the people who encourage me to move forward with quitting the 9 to 5. I now have multiple work from home skills and I’m about to start my own blog. No more boss. I have never been happier. Thank you! I haven’t worked a 9- 5 for 2 years now. Never going back. It is scary but I tell you, it changes your mindset. Oh, by the way I am 55 this week.

I'm 50, broke & in debt, no family or friends, struggling to survive financially, and lately my health has taken a nose dive so I was feeling afraid and helpless. Your video showed me that there may be hope of finding a way to support myself. Thank you for sharing this information, it's life a lifeline.

Hi Robin.
So many of the gigs you mentioned - they want people under 60 or under 65. You mentioned that these jobs are for 55 and older but if they don’t want - 67 year old women - that doesn’t give many of us an opportunity. At 67, I garden, I trim trees, I build retaining walls, I help neighbors unload refrigerators, I sell real estate, I’m learning to film and edit content for social media. I’m a consumer that watches a little tv, buy things for my pontoon boat, things to remodel my home, landscaping etc. And here’s the thing... I hang the cabinets, build bookcases, window seats, work on my boat engine Etc - often by myself! I’m stronger than most 40 year old women, and some 30 y o women that I know. When you talk to your recruiters - please let them know that 67 year old women and beyond are still very active and we’re still consumers. Please don’t discount what good we do.

Thank you, Robin, this is so helpful! I am almost 60, left the health care field 4 yrs ago after 40 years, and am now starting my own Personal Assistance business, so this can really help fill the income gap (at least somewhat), while I get my little endeavour up & running :)
Take care, and thanks again!

Hey Robin! I've been watching you for over 3 years now, since I found the "van lifers" niche. I picked up a lot of work from your tips over the past couple of years and have been freed from the 9 to 5 grind, and now work online while on the road, or at my home base. Thanks for your tips!

Hi Robin, I think being an older woman myself, who is 70 but feels 40 years old, is worth gold. I'v always taken care of myself...I'm surprised that society doesn't realize that just because you are older, that doesn't mean you are no longer"useful". It should be on the contrary...we have the experience of LIFE, that in itself is crucial in understanding people & life itself....I'm retired and would love to make this phase in my life more satisfactory, as alot of other people would. I'm now going to watch your video and hopefully get some ideas on how to make money from home. Thankyou!!

I gave you a like just for your kind words "I going to help you". We are living on time where nobody cares about your neighbor! thank you

Thank you, Robin. I've been interviewing since I lost my job as property manager in December. This is the first time I've felt inspired in several weeks. Thank you, thank you.

I'm 37 but really want to transition to RV life, and I got a lot out of this video! Many of those sites don't make it readily apparent that they offer this kind of work, much less what they might pay. Thank you for breaking it down so clearly. Tequila cheers.

I just bought your book. I love how it's laid out. Easy to use. I want to work remotely. I am really done with the road rage, the general public and bosses who micro manage so badly you can't get the job done. At 52 I'm Terrified at changing from the industry I've known since my 20's. I have no idea where to begin. I think with your book in hand I just need to leap in!

I've started writing about the fact that at a certain age people are treated as though they suddenly become 'nothings and nobodies' it's ridiculous and needs to highlighted!

I'm not quite 55 - but this information is very useful. I'm home based with auto-immune issues so I definitely think I'll give some of these a try. Thank you!

You are absolutely wonderful!!! So many nomads are older and only living off of social security. Everyone isn’t confident enough to make a YouTube channel, let alone be successful at it! God bless!

Am 59 in May and i started working from home as a realtor 9 years ago because i realised my former employer had too much overheard and bills and so i decided to cut out unnecessary spend! Fast forward today, am totally independent but because of the economy, i am looking for a remote job in addition. Thank you for your invaluable tips❤
