The thing is, we are actually 4th dimensional creatures, the 3rd dimension has no time so they can't move, the 5th dimension moves at a much faster pace which we can't see, unless they want us to see them then they will make themselves known

I rewatch this from time to time but I am still baffled. I feel like my fingertips have touched the basis of what Sagan speaks. However, when Sagan says the 4th dimension is at a right angle to all 3 dimensions we experience... I go cross eyed. I'm trying. Neil degrass is a suitable replacement but... He's not Sagan.
