Or just get the tuna can “In Water” otherwise you’re paying an arm & a leg to get it from the fish market

The "fresh" stuff from the meat market is thawed out frozen tuna whereas frozen tuna has likely been processed and canned much earlier and is likely fresher.

“Get the fresh stuff” the canned tuna in water had 25g protein for 100 cal, which is 1/4 the calories, for anyone who doesn’t know the least amount of calories a gram of protein can be is 4 which makes tuna only protein

I don’t think most people really need to worry about out a few calories. Just eating it by itself will help a person along with a good diet.

If you just have that in rice and add spices with a few slices of cucumber each day for 2 meals a day you can do a massive calorie deficit while getting in one of your 5 a day. Either drink herbal tea or water. I’m going to be doing this to cut

Tunas great but it’s high asf in mercury. More so than most other fish. Alaskan wild caught salmon would be your best choice. Chicken breast is always a good choice as well. If you want tuna keep it to 1-3 cans a week to avoid long term mercury issues.

The whole point a lot of people get canned tuna is the convenience and cheap price, meat market tuna take away both those things

The first one was 100 cal for 85g and the second was 140 cal for 113g. Don’t let this guy fool you they’re essentially the same amount of calories

I meen 100 calories or 150 is still good for 23 or 27 g of protein
